Located in the rural community of Logan, New Mexico, Autumn Blessings Assisted Living is owned and operated by Toby and Jeanell Willis.

Autumn Blesssings was founded and operated for 20 years by Toby’s parents Ken and Dell Willis. It is their vision and passion for senior care that is at the very heart of our facility. Our residents quickly become family, we strive to care for each one of them just as if they were our own.

Our facility offers twenty private rooms to senior individuals who require assistance with their daily activities or oversight of their healthcare needs. Our family environment provides a select library, spacious living area for reading and visiting, a beauty salon/barber shop for services from our on-staff beautician and a piano for musical enjoyment. Weekly in house church services are hosted on a rotating basis by local churches. Each resident’s room is equipped with individual climate controls to meet individual comfort levels. Residents can also enjoy access to the internet for streaming TV services or distance communication with family and friends. Residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings and decorations to make their room feel like home.
