The Village At Northrise Desert Willow I

The Village at Northrise is a sixteen acre continuing care community for seniors. Located on the Village at Northrise campus, Desert Willow I is a 31-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation and transitional care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury.
