At Western Slope, we understand the unique needs of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other memory impairments, and our community is specifically designed to provide the highest level of care and enhance the quality of life for our residents. Below are our business hours, but staff is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to care for our residents.

Hilltop’s Brain Injury Services offers supported living for adults with brain injuries through the Life Adjustment Program (LAP).
